For admins

For Admins — overview

The admin area landing page: who can reach it, what the Overview dashboard shows, and links to every admin tool.

The admin area is the staff-and-sponsor control centre for CLIP Learn. It lives under /admin and is where you watch how learners are doing, answer the questions the MOEgent trainer couldn't, manage accounts, inspect the knowledge base that grounds the trainer, and read every learner conversation. This page explains who can get in, how the top navigation behaves, what the landing Overview dashboard shows, and links out to each tool.

Who can access the admin area

Every page under /admin requires you to be signed in with one of two roles. Anyone else is redirected to the learner app at /app.

RoleWhat they seeScope
ADMINThe full programme-admin experience, every tool in the navigation, and platform-wide dataThe whole tenant — all learners, all cohorts, all clients
CORPORATEA dedicated sponsor view focused on their own team's readiness and ROIOnly candidates in their own organisation

Two different landing pages

The header and the Overview page change shape by role. An ADMIN sees the heading Programme admin and the operational dashboard. A CORPORATE sponsor sees Team overview and a ROI-focused readiness view instead. Neither is a cut-down version of the other — they are two purpose-built surfaces.

If your account is suspended (the active flag is off) you are sent to /suspended and cannot reach any page here, even with a valid login cookie.

The top navigation

A row of buttons sits at the top of every admin page. Which buttons appear depends on your role — CORPORATE sponsors see a deliberately smaller set because some tools (user management, raw conversations, the audit log, the market benchmark) are internal-only.

The Overview dashboard (ADMIN)

When an ADMIN opens /admin, the landing page is an operational dashboard. All figures are scoped to your tenant.

Headline statistics

Four tiles across the top:

TileWhat it counts
Active learnersUsers with role CANDIDATE whose account is active
Lessons completedTotal lesson-progress records across all learners
Questions answeredTotal answer events recorded across all attempts
Overall accuracyCorrect answers as a percentage of all answers; shows when nobody has answered anything yet

Activity, last 14 days

A bar chart of questions answered per day for the trailing 14 calendar days (UTC, including today). Hovering a bar shows that day's date and count. Beneath it, a caption gives the total questions answered across the window. Empty days render as flat.

Weakest topics

A ranked list of up to six topics with the lowest average mastery rating, drawn from every learner's mastery scores (topics with at least one recorded attempt). Each row shows the topic name and its average rating on a 0–1200-ish scale bar. If no mastery data exists yet, it reads "No mastery data yet."

Post to the noticeboard

A short form — Title and Message fields, both required — that publishes an announcement. Whatever you post appears on every learner's dashboard in the app. Titles are capped at 160 characters and the body at 2,000. Posting is recorded in the audit log.

Noticeboard is ADMIN-only

The post-to-noticeboard form only appears for ADMIN. A CORPORATE sponsor never sees it.

Learner questions for the team

This panel lists every open escalation ticket — the questions MOEgent declined to answer because they fell outside the knowledge base, and routed to your team instead. A badge shows how many are waiting.

Read the learner's question and who asked it (name and timestamp are shown).
Type your reply in the answer box under that question. The reply is capped at 4,000 characters.
Press Send answer. The ticket moves to ANSWERED, your name is stamped on it, and the learner sees your reply in their Your questions area — closing the loop MOEgent opened.

When nothing is waiting the panel reads "Nothing waiting — every learner question has an answer." Only ADMIN and FACULTY can answer tickets; a CORPORATE sponsor never sees this panel.

Live activity

A rolling feed of the twelve most recent learning events across the platform — every lesson view, answer and chat, each shown as who did what with a timestamp. Events with no user attached are attributed to "System." Before any activity exists it reads "No activity yet — it appears here as learners study."

The Overview dashboard (CORPORATE)

When a CORPORATE sponsor opens /admin, they get a Team readiness & ROI view scoped strictly to their own organisation's candidates — no escalations, no platform-wide data, no other clients' materials.

KPI tiles

TileMeaning
Seats usedCandidates in your org vs seats purchased, e.g. 12 / 20
Cohort completionAverage lesson-progress percentage across your candidates
Exam-readyHow many of your candidates are projected exam-ready
Need supportHow many candidates need support (highlighted when above zero)

Projected exam-readiness

A single stacked bar splitting your team into three bands, with a matching legend:

BandHow a candidate qualifies
Exam-readyAverage mastery rating ≥ 1150, best mock ≥ 60%, and progress ≥ 60%
On trackAverage rating ≥ 1000, progress ≥ 25%, and active within the last 7 days
Needs supportAnyone who meets neither of the above

Per-employee table

One row per sponsored candidate showing name and email, progress, accuracy, best mock score, target sitting, a readiness badge, and last-active date. Columns that have no data yet show (accuracy/best mock) or never (last active). If the org has no candidates yet the table reads "No sponsored candidates yet."

Export

An Export button downloads the whole table as a board-ready CSV named after your organisation (for example adnoc-readiness.csv), with columns for name, email, progress, accuracy, best mock, readiness, target sitting and last active.
