My tasks & Scratchpad
A personal work queue that mirrors your live marking load — essays, learner questions, drafts, agenda-less sessions — plus a private sticky-note scratchpad with an AI polish.
Faculty get the same personal workspace learners do, fed by your work instead of study signals. Both live under Teaching in the top bar: My tasks (/faculty/tasks) and Scratchpad (/faculty/scratchpad). Admins have their own pair under /admin with platform-ops signals (SLA breaches, learners waiting on a human reply); corporate sponsors see team-health signals for their own people.
My tasks
Your own to-dos plus a Suggested for you rail computed live from your queues:
| Suggestion | Signal |
|---|---|
| Mark N essays | Submitted/AI-marked essays awaiting a human — flagged High once the oldest passes 48 hours |
| Answer N learner questions | Open escalation tickets |
| Review N draft essay questions | Drafts awaiting the SME gate |
| Set the agenda for "…" | A session you created inside 7 days with no agenda items |
| N trainees are not enrolled in anything | Active accounts with no course |
Track materialises a suggestion as a task; queue-level tasks complete themselves when the queue clears. The dashboard's Needs you strip carries the same one-click track as task button, and the two never disagree — they read the same counts.
Copilot knows your queue. Ask the copilot "what should I do today?" (it calls your live work queue) or "remind me to review the F2 drafts on Friday" (it adds a personal task — personal scope only; it can never assign work to someone else).
Scratchpad
A private sticky board — colours, pinning, highlighter, tags, checklists, templates and the print pack, exactly as learners have — for the thoughts between classes: feedback themes, session ideas, things to fix in the materials. Nothing on it is shared.
Faculty cards swap the learner's Memorise/flashcards actions for Polish — one click has the writing assistant tighten a rough note into clean copy, in place. Selecting text inside a note also raises Moe's assist pill (summarise, grounded explain, exam points, plain English).
